Romeo White Feathers – 1995 AQHA, APHA Cremello Stallion
Son of Frenchman Guy 100% color Producer
Romeo White Feathers is a 1995 cremello stud with AQHA/APHA papers. Romeo acquired his AQHA papers this year due to the AQHA rule change. From the beginning, Romeo has had to prove himself, not relying on Frenchmans Guy’s reputation.
Accomplishments credited to Romeo White Feathers:
- Winner of the 2003 5 State Breeders Heeling Rope Maturity
- 3rd in 2003 5 State Breeders Heading Rope Maturity
- 2nd 2001 Belle Classic Team Roping Heeling Maturity

- Winner of 2002 Powder River Working Horse Show with 1st in 5 out of 10 events, reining, ranch riding, ranch conformation, barrels and heeling.
Our daughter, KayTee rode him claiming wins in open and youth rodeos, participating in barrels, poles, goat tying, breakaway roping. KayTee won the barrel race at Sheridan Elks Rodeo for 2003 in her division. KayTee has competed on Romeo at the Montana State High School Rodeo in the barrels, poles and goat tying. Keaton uses him in the calf roping and breakaway roping and goat tying. Romeo is also one of Enoch’s main mounts out of two, which he uses at the rodeos and jackpots in the team roping.
Not only are his accomplishments outstanding, so is his disposition. Romeo is an easy going, quiet, well-mannered stud. Our kids have been all over him. We haul him with the other geldings, treating him just like one of the boys.
Romeo’s offspring’s have been very easy to train. KayTee’s main mount in the barrel racing was Pumkin, a 98 gelding, where they were in the top 10 in Montana High School Rodeo standings. Keaton and Claire both use Tic Tac, 2000 gelding, for heeling, goat tying, barrels, poles and flag race. Jill Miller competed on a 5 year old mare this summer, placing in the barrel futurities. These are just a few of his colts with plenty more up and coming.
Romeo White Feather, being a cremello, has a diluted gene. Therefore he produces 100% color. He has produced palominos and buckskins, also buckskin paint.
